Inside Building Materials Sales Associate
Description
Come join our team! Our Livingston location at 100 Washington Street is looking for a full-time Inside Building Materials Sales Associate.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Find products and services for customers
- Enter & process customer special orders
- Enter & process stock inventory orders
- Investigate and resolve customer issues
- Actively assist in customer project inquiries
- Answer phone calls & direct to proper department
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fun & fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Must be able to frequently lift 50-65 lbs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Experience in building materials / hardware is helpful but not required
- Forklift experience helpful but not mandatory
Starting at $17/hour, depending on experience.
