Kenyon Noble’s Livingston location has some great opportunities as we are seeking to fill vacancies for Retail Floor Sales Associates. You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue. Positions include all shifts and weekends and applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Responsibilities
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products & services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is properly stocked & available on shelves
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer issues
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent communication skills—written & verbal skills
- Positive attitude
