The Montana Pitmaster Classic is back! Get ready for Good Food, Hot Grills and Sizzling Competition.

The Montana Pitmaster Classic will be taking place August 27th - 28th and will host competitors from all over the nation who will be competing for a cash prize and their chance to be dubbed Grand Champion.

Friday night of the event will feature live music and food made by the competitors for sale - a percentage of food sales will be donated to the Gallatin Valley YMCA.

Saturday the competition will begin with competitors cooking their best dishes in four meat categories; chicken, beef brisket, pork, and pork ribs. After the competition there will be classes and public sampling until the awards ceremony at 4:30pm.
